• You are solely responsible for the content you submit.
• You will not submit content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, infringing, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable.
• You grant MyHealthTracker a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media.

The MyHealthTracker name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of MyHealthTracker or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of MyHealthTracker.

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

11. Limitation of Liability

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
