On the eve of Kalpana Chawla's first death anniversary, a 30 feet bronze statue costing over Rs 8 lakhs was showcased in Chennai.

I was very delighted to know about the statue of Kalpana and even more delighted to know about the contribution of Rs.500,000 by Ms.Reshma Sharma out of her award money.It is probably the most special tribute paid by any individual so far that I know of.I would like to write to her personally if I could get her postal or e-mail address.
